We are an incomplete girl group in Baltimore who was advised to seek 2-3 more girls to complete our group. *Please note that we are not trying to be the next Destiny's Child* but a new hot original fresh group trying to become "the next BIG thing" in the music industry, so we are not looking for the next Beyonce we are looking for someone with there own original style, sound and flava.
Requirements for this group are simple and you must meet ALL of these requirements and you must be committed and dedicated.

~RELIABILITY- Be willing to make all scheduled rehearsals and show up on time. This Means:
*Rehearsals will be 3-5 days a week (and you must attend everyone)
*Rehearsals will be approximately 3-4 hrs (and you have to be there the entire time)

~IMAGE- Be willing to workout and lose weight/ tone up. This Means:
*The group will follow a very strict diet plan (which means you too must follow it and we may require monthly weigh ins.)
*May be require you run and sing to build up stamina (which means it will build your endurance on stage and make it easier to sing and dance at the same time)

~HARDWORKING- Must be willing to learn to dance. This Means:
*We will be the kind of group that dance and sings so (you must be open to this)
*Dancing will be a big part of our rehearsals so (you must be prepared to sweat)

~DEDICATED- Must be able to travel. This Means:
* We will be traveling to record our demo, meet producers, do show so (you must be able to roll with the punches.)
*There may be a chance that the group will have to move to California or move in together and (you have to be able to move too.)

~TEAM PLAYER-Must get along well with others. This Means:
*We want to be a sisterhood and get along on and off stage (which means no cattiness)
*We are gonna be legends without the girl group drama (or at least very little of it)
