I realize my audience in Costa Rica is quite small, but perhaps this post will generate a few responses anyway! I have been living in CR for the past 13 months, and reside in Santa Ana. My home is equipped with a large fitness room I am dedicating to personal training and dance!

Anyone looking for improving their ballet technique (Checcetti or Vaganova), pointe work, muscular endurance/strength/tone, posture alignment, or dietary changes.. I am the one you are looking for!

I'm interested in collaborating with individuals as well as groups. Age, gender, and skill level are not important- I work at your pace, to seek individual improvements.
