mostly its just for comfort because in RG you do a lot of elements on your knees, and if you dont have pads you will get really bad rug burns and it realllly hurts |

Putting them under yourself allows you to focus on the stretch and not the pain of being unsupported and sometimes is used for elevation. xx |
