Stress Fractures and Track

I have recently found out that I have multipul stress fractures in my heel and ankle inside the bone.SO I am on crutches with a booot slint and I can't put weight on it for atleast another 2-4 weeks. I run track and have for the past 4 years. Usually I start training and conditioning the first week in January. TRack starts in about 2 months. DO you think that I should run this season or let my foot heal and get better and go back strong?ALso if you no any strength training th at I could do with out using one leg? Thank you guys soo much!
