We used to have a VIS Flower shop. What do you think about adding that again? Is anyone willing to run it?

That way different departments/teams/etc. can post their events on the bulletin board instead of having to put it in virtual school or le barre, etc...

I'm sure some people would love to give a hand running it.

I still think that we need an advertiser.. but we've been told that this idea might be added in the future..
What about a secretary/treasurer? They could keep records of what happened in VIS, so that we can look back at our past in VIS.
Or we could have a time capsule? We could all submit something to someone, and then one person could present all of it to us in like 6 months or a year.

I'll run the flower shop if someone would tell me whats involved exactly. I get the general gist. It sounds fun.

We used to have plays/musicals. It would be lovely to have one again. I would start one, but I know nothing about plays.

I think the Flower Shop is a great idea. Although, maybe we sell other products like chocolate, cards, candy, stuffed animals, etc. I think that would make it more popular.

This might sound crazy, but I think a coffee shop would be a great idea. In La Barre, we could make a virtual coffee shop with a menu and everything. It could be like the coffee shop in Friends, only in VIS.

Sometimes having something different is good....

Also, I am not particulary interested in the newsletter idea. As EchoDancer stated before, Fouette Dorm has a newsletter and I am in charge of it. Two newsletters would be too much for me to handle. However, if other members are interested in it, I wouldn't mind being just a reader instead of a participant.

I like the idea of a flower shop. Maybe you could sell chocolates there too, like a two in one deal. I just realized Plumeria said that, we must be thinking the same things

What about a pet store? Sorry, I such a big animal lover.

Or maybe just a grocery store in general. Different people could run different shifts. Then we could post pictures of the merchandise we are going to buy.
