thank you for the nice comments! all i do for this leap is step right, cross left, then jump! I guess you could do it a variety of different ways. you might could shanae into one or step ball change. whatever your preference is.

wow we do this jump in jazz but no one can seem to kick their leg that high lol
its a type of tuck jump but there is soo many tuck jumps I dont no what they're called

Wow, that is a beautiful picture of an incredible leap! You seem like a very talented dancer! I just can't get over how well you execute a move that is obviously not easy! Great picture, thanks for sharing!
