Yes, it is Rhys...He is the elf in the group "The Fairies"...I personally feel that Henry should have left over Marko...I think it was right that Stephanie went...I feel like Henry is only still there because they keep saying that they want the versatility that a ballroom dancer offers, not just jazz dancers on the show...The thing is some of the dancers like Marko are not just jazz dancers, they are also great tap dancers, acrobats etc - however the show does not showcase these genres...I don't know it just feels to me like he is getting 'favoured' for the fact that he is a ballroom dancer JMO.
