So recently I have been running, which is odd for me seeing as I used to HATE running, I find it easier to do on my own rather then in school. But I cant run without music, like an ipod. Since I just started I get tired easily, and stop to walk quit often, any tips on how to improve? Also how can I run longer without always stopping from tiredness..

It takes some time to build up to your long run. Keep doing what your doing and you will find your runs are getting longer and longer...

what is the longest you have ever run? when xc (cross country) begins at me school, my coach has us all run 2 miles for the first week or so of practice to build up our muscels and endurance. Then he increases the distance when we can just run 2 miles like that *snaps fingers* (lol) normally one of the ways i make myself keep running if i feel like stopping is remembering that once you stop running it is a lot harder to get back to the pass that you were at before. Another thing to do is if you feel like stopping is to just slow down your pace but keep on jogging, even if it feels like you're walking.
hope this helps!!

Like what dancegurl5 said, just jog if you feel like stopping. Because I know that i find it really hard to keep running after I stop, so never stop, just slow down to a steady pace that you can maintain for a while. Gradually you can increase this pace and run for longer.

slow down the pace abit, work on your breathing skills and find a scenic place to run
