Hi Dance.net. I'm wondering if there are any Hip Hop dancers in the Sydney Scene as most of the people here seem to be ballet or jazz people. I've been to many hip hop studios in the city area of sydney and here's my opinion of the best ones in case people are interested.

I'm hoping this is not breaking the guidelines for promotion or anything, as I really just want to try and improve the hip hop scene here. If it is then feel free to delete this post!

Dancekool Studios - Chinatown and Parramatta
Strongest in terms of real Hip Hop styles with international instructors and everything from popping to breaking to locking.

Caramel Dance Studios - Camperdown
Good mix of Jazz and Hip Hop dance with a great mix of styles. Mainly Australian instructors with a lot of experience.

Dario Street Dance - City
Great for Krump and Hip Hop. Dario is a african american who was one of the first to embrace krumping in syndey.

Many different styles but with Hip Hop included.

UDC - Broadway
Good for more Jazz and Lyrical styles but not so much for hip hop but with a really good youth and kids program.
