Thank you for posting this in your studio. It is very important for parents, coaches, and studio owners to enforce this rule. We have had a several Beginner/Intermediate pageant winners return from AYOP and put articles in the paper and ride in parades as MISS MAJORETTE OF AMERICA. This hurts advanced twirlers, and keeps several athletes from wanting to move forward. In one case a band director made his selection of feature twirler based on AYOP results... this ended up giving a Beginner Miss Majorette of America the position over a girl who made top 20 in Grand Nationals every year.
