Hello everyone.

Terminology
Demi point is the same as a relve in flats with one leg while the supporting leg stays flat on the ground.
Glissades are to the half toe to prepare for glissades on pointe.
Full Point is pointing your feet all the way like one is up in pointe shoes on one leg while the supporting leg stays flat on the ground.
Petite Changements do not leave the ground.
Releve is to go up on demi point with both of your legs.

Some Reminders that might help you improve.
Balance in Developpes and in Passé
- It may helpful to keep your personal body points in line and they are shoulder in line with hips
- Work against the floor while keeping your aplomb
- Support your navel and behind imagine a straight ruler behind your back or a strait back chair
- Pull all the way up in your supporting leg and working leg
- Point your working foot
Spotting Help
- It may be helpful to focus on an imaginary red dot or an object at eye level
- Turn the head to the side
- Whip your head around
- One should only see the imaginary red dot or an object at eye level
Pirouettes
- Send the knee back
- Go up
- Keep the aplomb
- Spot refer to above if one needs help
- Pull up before landing a pirouette
- Stay up for 4 counts after one finished a pirouette it will become ones second or third pirouette
- It may be helpful to keep your turn out from one position to the next
- It may be helpful to add a pile while ending a pirouette for turn out or to end at a single pirouette when working on single, double, single, double pirouettes

Four Battement Tendues to the side in one count
Demi Pile in four counts
Repeat with the other leg
Four Battement Tendues to the side in one count
Releve in Four counts
Repeat with the other leg

One hand on the barre

Piles

2. First Position
Demi Pile 2 counts
Releve 2 counts
Grand Pile 4 counts
Third Port De Bra on demi point in eight counts

Second Position
Demi Pile 2 counts
Releve 2 counts
Grand Pile 4 counts
Bend to and away from the barre on demi point in eight counts

Fourth Position
Demi Pile 2 counts
Releve 2 counts
Grand Pile 4 counts
Circular En deour port de bra on the demi point in eight counts

Fifth Position
Demi Pile 2 counts
Releve 2 counts
Grand Pile 4 counts
Circular En dedan port de bra on the demi point in eight counts

Battement Tendus from Fifth

3. Four tendus front one count each
Tendu front one count
Place forth one count
Spring the foot to tendu front one count
Close fifth one count
Four tendus to the side one count each
One count tendu side
One count place second
One count spring foot up to tendu
One count close fifth back
Repeat exercise en croix
Four tendus front one count each
Temps lies in four counts to the back
Four tendus back one count each
Temps lies in four counts to the front
Four tendus to the side in one count
Temps lie through second close fifth
Four tendus side with the other leg in one count
Temps lie back to fifth back

Round de Jambe

4. Eight round de jambe en dehour in one count each
Develop front in 4 counts
Relve in 2 counts
Lower back to first in 2 counts
Eight round de jambe en dedan in one count each
Develop back in 4 counts
Relve in 2 counts
Lower back to first in 2 counts
Develop side in 4 counts
Relve in 2 counts
Lower back to first in 2 counts
Round de jambe in pile en dedan in four counts
Round de jambe in pile en dehour in four counts
Two third port de bras with lunges in 8 counts each

Fondus and Frappes

5. Two fondus to the demi point in four counts each en croix
6 Frappes to the side in one count each
Relve to the demi point in two counts
6 Frappes on the demi point to the side in one count each
Lower back down to the flat in two counts
Repeat Frappe Exercise

Glissade (face the barre and start in fifth position or it can be done in the center the arms should be in first position in the center or on your hips and the same leg remains in the back until you battement tendu to the side and change legs)

6. Battement tendu the back leg to the side in one count pile the supporting leg in one relve and travel to the side in one count lower down to fifth position in one count with out pile repeat three times. Battement tendu the back leg the front in four counts and repeat with the other leg. Repeat the exercise another time

Center

Pettit Adagio
7. Two demi piles in first position in two counts and one relve in four counts develope front in eight counts two demi piles in second position and one relve in four counts develope side in eight counts two demi piles in fifth and one relve back pile and do a soutenue repeated on the other side.

Pirouettes from fourth
8. Tendu pile relve in fourth
Tendu pile preparation
Tendu pile relve in fourth
Tendu pile single pirouette
Repeat exercise twice for each leg

Assemble
9. Pile in fifth position in one count
Tendu front leg side while in pile in one count
Close the tendu to the back and rise to the relve in one count
Lower back down to the fifth position in one count
Repeat four times alternating right, left, right left
It is optional to reverse the exercise.

Jumps

Pettit Allegro

10. Four echappes in second 1 count each
Four assembles en dehour 1 count each
Four echappes in second 1 count each
Four assembles en dedan 1 count each

Grand Allegro

11. Pettit Jete, Pettit Jete, Glissade, Assemble
Repeat the exercise left to right two times each direction all done in one count each

Changement de pied

12. 16 petite changement de pied in one count each

Thanks for a great class.
The termonoligy is great too, because before I read it, I could confused about the full pointe, and I was thinking.. but I thought this was a pre pointe class.. but now I understand. Thanks :)
