KP: I'm completely interested in getting this department back up and running... if I haven't made my interest in VIS clear already, I'm not sure what to do! I also want to incorporate contemporary into this department, and being head would probably make it a little bit easier. 
Ariel:You should choose me because I am responsible, I am active in VIS, and I am very honest. I run fair, and I am very easy tog et along with. I also know VIS very well

You certainly can, I do not see why not. Just don't try and get votes from people outside of VIS. That would be unfair.
