I respectfully disagree. Your daughter has worked hard (no doubt if she's winning pageant at any level). According to NBTA, the beginner and intermediate pageants are preparatory events for the Advanced Miss Majorette competition. I respect the reasoning behind this rule because it takes even more dedication and training to put together a winning advanced solo, strut, and modeling and deliver these routines at the required times.
