I wanted to start with a quick explanation of how we're going to do this.

Because we have so many talented dancers, I formed two casts of Principals and Soloists. We will switch off casts between each show.

I have decided that instead of having the same people always doing the same jobs, especially with the alternating cast system, the principal and soloist dancers who do not have those parts in the show, will have their choice of either doing backstage jobs (costumes, sets, choreography, etc.) or dancing in the corps.

This way, there will be a jobs post for each new production.

Can corps-people have a backstage job too or is that just for the principals & soloists?

Oh gosh! I knew I forgot something!
Yes, of course the corps members will be able to have backstage jobs too!
My only concern is that I want everyone to be involved, so that we make sure anyone whos not dancing has a job, and anyone who doesnt have a job is dancing.
Does that make any sense?

I'm confused lol! Before we said that each group would perform in the show, but different night, is this different now? Sorrie I'm lost! But however we do it is fine by me, I just don't understand lol!

Yea, it is different now.
I went back and forth a few times, but I finally decided that since it is virtual, it would be a bit repetitive to have the same show posted twice.
