Wow, I haven't looked at this topic for a while and was shocked at all the request. I will get this right out. You may want to let me know if you receive the attachment or not because sometimes I have trouble with sending attachments.

Just so you all know, an attorney drew this up for me, but laws vary state to state. My contract does have in it about not working within a certain mileage, but it is not unreasonable. The attorney says that is where most problems come in because SO will put in 50-100 miles for 5 years. That is a little ridiculous. Be sure to protect your student list and make clear that all choreography is the studios. You did pay the teacher for the job, so it is not hers. If you have any questions, I will try to answer them for you.
