Some of my acro students are interested in forming a team to compete. We've never done acro competition before, so any and all suggestions for good comps will be very much appreciated. Also any tips for those of us new to the competition circuit...e.g., Do's & Don'ts, how many hours per week of practice, costuming...anything you can share with me. My girls and I thank you!

I do not do acro but I think maybe your question would be better answered in the Teachers - Competitions board. This board is not as popular. Good luck getting some answers!
