Both but if I really have to pick, Hardwood Smoked Bacon all the way! It is expensive and they must have had a sale when we bought 2 lbs. but it is very yummy!

I don't really like either but I will eat spicy brown if you mix it with something.

uhhh creme filled. But you can buy them in Germany very often

I looked up what Gammon is and I think I would like it w/fried eggs. I don't like ham and pineapple and this is like ham according to what I read.
