Does anyone know any good music to stretch, warm up, or dance to?

Our guard loved Damien Rice for stretching. I think nice calm relaxing songs work best for stretching so you can reallly focus on what you're doing. We did Damien Rice songs like Delicate, Elephant, The Blower's Daughter, Accidental Babies, Sleep Don't Weep, and 9 Crimes. Uhm... Dear Mr.President by Pink, Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap... Coldplay... anything like that.

For warming up and dance block and across the floors and stuff we had more energetic music to get us all pumped up. The classic girly music like britney spears was always fun. We exercised to Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake and Prince. Anything fun works.

Hope they were all decent suggestions!

I nice relaxing song we do contractions to is "Univited" by Alanis Morrisette.

Across the floors, a great one for jazz running is "Whine Up" by Kat DeLuna. And "I Like to move it, move it."
