for the longest time i can never hold a handstand.
i can do elbow stands just fine
can anyone help me with handstands?
i can do them fine i just can't hold them for more than 10 seconds the most.

the problem with my aerial is I always have a fear of landing on my head so i always put my hands down. i'm fine if there is a spotter there and all but when my coach is not there i just can't and dont want to.

Hey...theres alot of exercises for practicing handstands, but the main thing is your body position is correct when doing it. "Google" handstands and see what comes up, Im a coach but its soooo much to write, ariels are hard, work on dive cartwheels, push hard off your front leg kicking your back leg around and to the floor as fast as you can, slightly twisting your body around as you go into it, hope this helps!
