Hey, I understand everyone has different terminology, but if you could please help me with the best of your abilitly I would greatly appreciate it!

What are:


1. barrel rolls

2.rhomburses


Also, for a layout..what is the proper way to do it? Its more than just kicking your leg up high and leaning back right??
