now we are going to do some rolling shuffles. every time its a total of 8, the first time its 1 on each foot, then 2, then 1, then 4, then 1, then 8, then 1 -heres the combination
8 rolling shuffles/2 on each foot.(total of 8 counts/8 rolling shuffles/4 on each foot(total of 8 counts)/8 rolling shuffles/8 on each foot(total of 16 counts)/16 rolling shuffles/

now some flaps:

good. we're done with warm ups. hopefully our ankles are nice and warm.
now. were going to do some center work, working on our pullbacks. (being in the advanced class hopefully you know what this is.)

step'L' step'R pullback. continuing doing 7 more without preps. good.
wings.
jump with both feet together, in pile. and wings were going to do four of them. go ahead do them at your own speed.
now repeat that 2 more times with everyone together.
now were going to go across the floor one by one.
drawbacks. (spank'R' heel'L' dig'R') (spank'L' heel'R' dig'L') lets see them. good. now the first combo.
flap'L' heel'R' heel'L' flap'R' heel'L' heel'R' repeat that. then shuffle dig heel'L' shuffle dig heel'R' stamp'L' flap heel'R' toe'L' heel'R' step'L' spank'R' heel-reverse and switch feet so the first flap starts on your R foot.

ok i though it would be a fun idea to start a 64 count routine to no music(acapella) and learn 8 counts every week, so here is the first 8 counts to the routine.
heel'R' heel'L' (these heels are when you pull your toes up, if that makes sense) toe'R' toe'L' heel'R' heel'L' toe'R' toe'L' the counts are 1 e and a 2 e and a. jump heelclick 3and 4. shuffle dig heel'R' shuffle dig heel'L' 5 e and a 6 e and a. spank'R' toe toe'L'
so the counts to the whole thing are:
1 e and a 2 e and a 3 and 4 5 e and a 6 e and a 7 and 8.
