Looking for a copy of a competition groups contract. We do not currently have but I have decided we need one so everyone is on the same page. In the past we have passed out guidelines, but this will be a contract that they will sign. Any imput would be appreciated.

We've done this at our studio for as long as I can remember. We have a sheet that has all of our rules and regulations for our competition team on it, and at the bottom there is a place for both the parents and the student to sign. This is good because we put in about how payments must be made by a certain date, etc, and also because it keeps the parents on the same page with us. There are always a few that try to bend the rules, but it's good to be able to say to the team, you signed a contract at the beginning of the season that says you will do this and this and this.
Basically ours includes that they can only have 2 excused absences and one of them can not be the last rehearsal before a competition, things like that. Hope that helps!

I have very black and white laid out what they have to do from parades compeitions workshops everything payment plain for costumes and I also have a dropping fee of $350.00 you sign end of Aug. runs till end of June unless I choose to do Nationals every year at end of recital they are given a new pack of info stating everything!!!!
