How to get flexible?

Hi all,
I have three weeks of holiday coming up and I'd like to spend my time getting flexible.
I'm not too static: I can do splits and backbends, but I'd like to more complicated stuff.
In short: How to get more flexible in a short amount of time?

Stretching.

Look in the stretching boards.

I find that if u do some simple dance steches at least 2 a day for 10-15 mins for 1 week you can really feel the diffrence..

ive been doing some stretches for the splits now for 5 days and its amazing how fast u can do them

That's simple. Just stretch for a minimum of 30 minutes, deep stretches.

Stretch simply while your watching TV or something like that.

But take a look at the stretching boards.

Stretch everyday. Any kind of stretches you do in class are good. I started doing it a while ago, and I've improved!

STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH! That's basically all you can do. Stretch while you watch TV, or do a straddle up against the wall.

stretch every day, but try not to do much of the same stretches over time, as you'll find your not really challenging yourself.

Definitely in agreement that you need to stretch for 30 minutes everyday making sure you work all of the major muscle groups. I try to encourage my students to stretch when they are watching television

Do oversplits and deeper backbends. Look on the stretching board and you're sure to find something.

I try stretching all the time and it's not really helping what am i doing wrong?

I agree with all the other comments in telling you to look at the stretch boards they have a lot. The best way in my opinion is to stretch while watching tv it makes the time go quicker. I always do it thought while playing a board game in my living room with a friend though. I will sit and reach my toes or split I find it fun.
