My studio just got a swedish wall!!! It is sooo cool! We did a stretch class with it and it was awesome!! I was wondering if you guys have them or have any pictures of them. Thanks!!!

For a proper teaching classroom a wall like this is almost an essential item, but for home use all that is needed is a small item similar to a ladder and this can be made by a handiman.

Ya i go to ballet, so I was kinda surprised to see it. But I am not interested in making one cuase I can use it at the studio every day. I am interested in seeing pictures of people stretching on them. Thanks!

If you have a fast internet connection, you can watch Irina Kasakova on youtube using her stretching wall. And, much to my amazement, she actually bounches in her stretches. Back and forth when I thought bouncing was not permitted.

Yes, you are right about bouncing. You do not bounce to get down but Irina is so very flexible that her bouncing is simply exercising and not creating difficulty!
