For a proper teaching classroom a wall like this is almost an essential item, but for home use all that is needed is a small item similar to a ladder and this can be made by a handiman.

Ya i go to ballet, so I was kinda surprised to see it. But I am not interested in making one cuase I can use it at the studio every day. I am interested in seeing pictures of people stretching on them. Thanks! |

If you have a fast internet connection, you can watch Irina Kasakova on youtube using her stretching wall. And, much to my amazement, she actually bounches in her stretches. Back and forth when I thought bouncing was not permitted. |

Yes, you are right about bouncing. You do not bounce to get down but Irina is so very flexible that her bouncing is simply exercising and not creating difficulty!

Ooh please share with me too. I want to see pictures. Maybe others on here do too. Thank you for posting.
Ian, thank you for replying about the bouncing. But it is bad for beginners to bounce, right? But only good for the more advanced people like Irina. Okay got it. Thanks for your knowledge and expertise Ian! |
