Getting up from bridge? en>fr fr>en

Hello, I was wondering if someone had tips on how to get up from bridges (standing backbends)? I've been told to pull with my stomach muscles but I can't seem to get the hang of it.

First of all, do it on an incline mat or a couch cushion, so it gives you a little more height to push off.
ROck 3 times pushing forward (towards your knees)
Then as you push foward (3rd time) rock to stand up straightening your knees, keep looking at your hands, last thing to come up is your hands and head.

GOOL LUCK!

Hi :)
I Agree With CRDC Dance,
You Need to Look At Your
Hands While Pulling Up
And Your Stomach Will
Pull You Up :)
Good Luck!
Love, Bec

Thank you very much for your help! I have another question, when you go into the bridge and stand back up, do your feet point forward or are turned out sideways?

supposed to point foward, but if they are out to the side its easier, your need to develop the muscles in your back along your spine, that will help alot
