we had these in both gym halls in my primary school
i cant remmeber if we had them in secondary
anyway
we never used them for stretching haha
they folded out into 2 walls at right angles to the wall too
we had lots of different attachments like a balance beam and an odd pole thing and a rope to go between them
we used them basically as a climbing frame and as part of a circuit of different climbing, balancing, hanging excercises
we also used them for some school performances for things like angels or parrots to climb up and sit/stand on
i'm not sure if the more intensive gymnastics clubs used them for stretching and strengthening |

Emi89, that is what our school uses them for, they fold out and we attach silver bars and beams to them, and use them to climb up to get to the high bars. I havnt been on one in years though.
Looking at those amazing pictures has definatly made me want to stretch more tonight! |
