i have doing dance classes since i was 3 years old and do dance competitions aswell. i am 16 years old and live in radford in nottingham adn really want to take up cheerleading to get me more fit and a better stamina.

i just wodnered wether there was any cheerleading teams near me and if so can you pm with details etc or leave a comment
