Hi Everyone, I am looking for a fun ballet number for some 6-8 year olds with a 1980s theme, plus a tap number.
At the moment, I am thinking of 'True Colours' but think it's a biut 'serious' for this particular group. They also need a tap number. I have managed to cover all the other groups, but this group is one of those groups that respond to energetic/themed music rather than serious-but I don't want to baby them either!!!! Complicated!!
Any suggestions for 1980s songs would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Need songs for numbers theme!! I've used just about everything I can think of but still need a few more upbeat songs with numbers in the title. Thanks!

Here is the playlist of music that I ended up using for my show Wizard of Oz. Almost nothing was used in it's entirety, rather it was cut, edited and mixed together to create scenes. If you are ever looking for something specific and want an edited piece, feel free to reach out me and I can always send you what you need. zugzwangstudiosdance@gmail.com

This is what I call a digging list... a list you can dig through that fit a theme of Wizard of Oz. So many variations and options, always a good place to start when trying to find something to fit the theme.
