I know it's the one Ashley Smith wears but any DDN's have a picture of themselves or somebody else wearing the Maeve Senior wig from Emerald Key. Also, any reviews would be great!

ooh, and how tall you are if that's possible I'm 5'11" and I constantly have trouble finding a wig long enough to actually reach my shoulders and furher.

It seems like such a good deal and I am almost positive that this is the wig I want.

Lol I have the perfect picture for you. My mom took this of me about a month ago after a feis.

I'm 5'7, and it's a little short on me. To tell the truth, I don't really much like how it looks - on me at least - because like I said, I wish it was a little longer. Also, I'm not sure if it's just the shape of my head, but it sort of looks really round, know what I mean? Also, I've only worn it four or five times (for less than a year) and it's already getting a little frizzy, which is annoying. Only on the edges, but still.

Anyway, I guess it just depends on what you want your look to be. It's a nice wig and I know a lot of people have it, so probably there are a lot of people that like it more than I do, lol. Anyway hope this helped and good luck with your search!

I really enjoy this wig and you can't beat the price. I find that I do have to replace it every 8-10 months... it goes through excessive wear (2-3 feiseanna per month plus 1-2 shows)and I trim it after every wearing.

I love my Maeve wig. ^.^ I think it's really pretty. And I'm five eight.

It's nice and light and I LOVE that it's longer, perfect for dancers getting older!
I'm only 5'6" but know a bunch of taller dancers that wear it as well.

I just got mine in the mail today! It's much more split curly than I'd imagined... hopefully it'll mellow out and become more ringlet-like.

the wig looks a lot different in some of the pictures than others.

this is my brand new maeve senior. pardon the "drunk" look on my face in the first one... friend caught me in a weird moment, but it shows the wig well without a hedband and with a poof. the second one was me pretending my wig was eating my face lol

Just a heads up everyone, I'm selling my Maeve Senior wig for $75 plus shipping! I just realized last night that the color doesn't quite match my hair! Normal retail price for the wig is $99.00 so it's a bit of a steal! I haven't even worn it anywhere besides in my house just trying it on!!

if this one doesnt seem long enough you could always try the sarah gold wig. thats a long split curl wig..hmm i dunno maybe check it out haha

What a beautiful wig - but does anyone have pictures of the Senior wig on a younger dancer (not that any of you are old - but how about the 10 - 12 year olds!)? Just wondering how it would look.

This is a picture of my 11 year dd wearing the Maeve Senior. Most of her friends wear the junior, but her head seemed bigger and the woman at Emerald Key suggested the senior. We got this at a feis so we were able to compare the two sizes. My daughter loves this wig as do her friends. They say it is so light it hardly feels like they have a wig on. It does frizz a bit quicker than our Celtic Creations Erin, but we try to take care of it and it has lasted awhile.

I LOVE my maeve wig. Ive never had one so light or longer than the senior so its excellent!
the first picture is the wig on me and shows how long the wig is(It was actually my first time taking it out of the bag)

and the second one is of a few of our younger dancers in the senior. I think it looks lovely on all ages but i do know the cap is larger on the senior. I wear a doughnut under mine and it fits perfect.
