I still can't seem to turn!

I don't even know what this turn is called, but I'm going to try to explain it. It's when.. I go past him first, from behind, and then he needs to turn me.

It's like...I almost topple over, because I can't seem to get my foot down. He turns and I still have my foot up in the hair, so I try to just get tense and keep it there, so he's basically turning me while I'm on one leg. Sometimes it works, but I feel so unstable and clumsy!

I think it's called a hesitation change?

If it's hesitation change, your partner should let you pass when hes goes backwards and then move you to your left leg before he does his step on his right leg.
