Not an easy answer, but some sites for you. You can search them and hopefully find what you are looking for.

Check out the RAD website:

RADUSA.org

They have a list of certified RAD teachers in your area. If you can't find the information on their website (their website's not the greatest) then email them. They sometimes take several days to get back to you, but they will. Hopefully you will get the information you are looking for.
