Here is my dance bio, I am interested in dance modeling.

Kira Misuraca is 18 years old and has been dancing in all genres of dance since she was about 3 years old, excelling in Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Step, Musical Theatre, and Lyrical. For the duration of her adolescent years, Kira has studied at both On Stage Dance Studio and Dance Aarts Academy in Stratford, Ontario where she danced on their elite competitive teams in every style of dance. She was an assistant to many dance classes at On Stage, and as she progressed to Dance Aarts she taught many classes to younger students. She has competed around Canada at various competitions where she has won numerous overall awards and special awards including, ‘Most Promising Dancer’, ‘Best Control of Flexibility’, ‘Amazing Connection’, just to name a few of the most recent. She also came first in both her Jazz and Lyrical solos at Ontario regional competitions for two years running. Kira has trained in ballet and has recently received her RAD Ballet Elementary Certificate which certifies her to teach in all dance aspects. Kira has recently graduated high school in Ontario where she ran, organized, and held classes for the St.Michael Dance Team. For 3 progressing years Kira has choreographed dance numbers and held dance workshops for elementary students all around her community. She led her high school team over 3 years to 3 consecutive first place ribbons at the Kiwanis Music Festival held for all of Ontario. One of her dances that she choreographed and danced in was chosen to be performed at the Stars of the Kiwanis Music Festival. She has also choreographed dances for school plays and was awarded the Outstanding Choreography award at the Regional High Schools Arts Festival. Her high school also awarded her the Outstanding Choreography award for the school dance team and an Outstanding Performer award, for her performances done for the school and community.
More important than the accolades and awards is Kira's commitment to her students and their progress. She helps her dancers to excel technically while simultaneously exposing them to the usually unexplored aspects of the art of dance and the dance industry. It is evident that Kira loves working with children by the matching smiles on both student and teacher's faces during dance class! Her efforts to go above and beyond in order to offer the best dance education possible are a hallmark of Kira’s success.
