I keep having this reoccurring rash on my arms and hands. Today it's spread to my legs, feet, bottom of my feet, and back. It's kinda itchy too, but its never been itchy before.
Usually I would just let it go, but it's so bad this time I know something needs to be done.
I haven't started using any new lotions, soaps, laundry detergents, etc. I'm thinking it could be allergy related, because the last time I had something like this was back in the spring when my allergies were in high gear.
They're more "spots" than bumps. Only a couple are raised. They have white middles and the outside is red. Pix:

Go to your doctor.
It is possible to develop an allergy to something you were never allergic to before, but if you visit your doctor they can test for that sort of thing.
Hope you get it sorted out, it looks quite irritating.
Erin.

It sounds like you have hives. They come and go away on their own I think. Here's a link to some information about it. www.medicinenet.com . . . I would still go to a doctor like the others said. Hope you feel better and try not to scratch if you get itchy. |

^ Hives can still be very serious, especially if they are an allergic reaction. If it is an allergic reaction to something in the air as opposed to a lotion/detergent/soap/etc then there is the possibility that the hives can spread to your throat/airways and swell closed. I have had that happen myself and it is really not pleasant.
I would go to your doctor or at least call them. They will be able to help you figure out what it possibly is. As Odessa mentioned your allergies can change over time, so it might be anything. Even if it isn't super serious it is still annoying to have them, so it would be better to clear them up with a doctor as fast as possible. Good luck with it! |

They seem like hives to me as well. You might want to take benadryl or atleast buy the benadryl cream and apply it. |

Meh, it seems to be getting worse! I've put on the Benadryl cream twice today and it hasn't done anything to relieve it.
My mom wanted to take me to the emergency room tonight since there aren't any offices open, but I insisted it wasn't serious enough. Do you guys think I can wait until Monday to go to the doctor or should I go sometime sooner? I've had hives before, and it really doesn't look the same, but maybe there's different kinds of hives? |

Wow, it looks exactly like what I had when I had an allergic reaction to a medication. I would suggest going to a dermatologist, and making sure to bring a list of bodywashes, detergents, and medications you're on...
I also had this happen when my bedding got really old. I would consider changing your pillows, and perhaps your mattress cover.
As for treatment, I found that taking benadryl (the cream didn't really do anything for me.) helped a bit with the itching, but surprisingly enough, the thing that really made them go away after I was off the medication was some fresh brewed nettle tea. See if they have any at a fresh foods store near you, it really helps your skin! |

Looks like some sort of allergic reaction to me, don't just think of creams, but also medications or foods, heat, spring all sorts of things even stress. I knew a friend who used to have panic rashes... poor thing, used to just make her more stressed.
Anyway this is something you need to see a doctor about... |

It looks and sounds a bit like scabies. I had that a while ago, sounds gross right? But its treated really easily if you go to your doctor.
Tell tale signs are if it starts on your hands, especially in between your fingers and works its was to you arms over you body and eventually you feet. |

It looks like Hives (Urticaria)
I have it and its an allergy to wait for it...... my blood over heating. If my body temperature goes up a tiny bit I break out all over my body like this.
I take anti histamines (certizine dihydrochloride) daily for this and have done since I was around 12, the doctor said I developed it as my body was chaging due to puberty.

I get that too.
I take same as ^.
I'm being tested to find out my trigger. I got it really bad this summer. It could be nurofen/ibuprofen or stress related or combination or food / laundry related.
Mine cropped up and disappeared within the hour. I had to take photos to show my doctor.
I think its because I'm allergic to my hormonal teenage girls. lol
hope you are better |

It's mostly gone this morning...a couple of the spots have kinda of turned into big splotches on my arms. They're pretty light and don't show up on the camera otherwise I'd post some pictures. I'm pretty sure it's going away...I have none on my feet, ankles, or back anymore. |

I get that on my back when I get stressed.
It only itches sometimes, and only appears when I'm under a great deak of stress. |
