first off tumbling is hard and takes time so don't think that by having x skill you will accomplish everything that has to do with tumbling. Don't underestimate how hard it is this is what tumbling's about:
P: practice & perseverance
A: [positive] attitude
T: time
I: inspiration (in other words, you aren't just doing it because you have 2)
E: [work] ethic
N: no & I cant does not exist
C: cause (again You have 2 enjoy what you r doing 2 get anywhere
E: everyone's role model ( if others see your skills AND your work)

so this post is really for the whole section under this post if you have any advice you can give to cheerleaders who are starting out or have never tumbled b4 (like me and I'm sure plenty of others) your welcome to post.
things such as a back hand spring and how to do them and properly stretch for them is what is expected under this post...

Thanks, after a hard day of tumbling (I'm a beginner) this helped me stay inspired. I know eventually I'll get where I want to be. It just takes time.
