Hey, thanks for class!
I have 2 questions (probably because of the different syllabuses)
1) what is a maxi ford?
2) what is a spank?

These are probs quite obvious but the syllabus we do at our school (BATD) seems to call things different names to what everyone else calls them!

That is not a dumb question at all!

A maxi-ford is a step where if you start on your left foot, you leap onto your right foot, shuffle left, leap back onto left, and dig your right toe into the floor behind your left foot.

A spank starts with a brush as said. It is litterally a back brush with your heel. Make sense?

I also need some help with terminology.

What is a falap?

Great class by the way.

I believe it is also spelled flap but for some odd reason our studio has always spelled falap.

It is just brush toe.

But they are more commonly called flaps. In fact...I should probably change that in future lessons :).

Thank-you so much for that class. It wasn't as hard as I expected, which is good. :) I look forward to the classes in future.
