Warm up with some shuffles. Shuffle out to the right, shuffle out to the left, get a rhythm going. Shu-ffle, shu-ffle, shu-ffle. Do two counts of eight.
Next is my favorite shuffle dig combination. With all your weight on the left foot, we are going to tap on our left to start.

Wings- start with feet together. Do four of them at your own pace. Then do four more at a slightly faster pace. Hands on hips please!
Combination of the Week: Start on right foot, maxi-ford, buffalo right x2, step shuffle leap toe turn, flap x5 alternating feet, repeat left
Finally, let’s end with a combo. Double toe stand (1, 2), brush spank left (3, 4), brush spank right (5, 6), wing (7), wing (8). Double pickups (count of eight). Single pickups (right foot for eight counts, left food for eight counts).
I also want you to start to get to know this step as it will be near the beginning of the choreography and it will be FAST. Start with stepping onto your right foot, scuffing left, and cramp roll (right toe, left toe, right heel, left heel). Once you have this fast, then we will start the turn. You do the same thing, just turning. My first word of advice is that you keep your arms closed and low to help improve speed. Have these ready next week ladies PLEASE!
