I'm posting this a little early, since it's Valentine's Day and I'm sure I'll be out late with my boyfriend, and sleeping late tomorrow! :P

Breakfast

All breakfasts include choice of the following:
Tea, Milk, Juices, Water, Coffees

Sunday:
Breakfast Buffet! Eggs, Omelets, Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns, Pancakes, Waffles, Assorted Fruit, Cheeses, Yogurts, Cereals, Bagels, Danishes, Pastries. Served any way you like.

Monday:
Breakfast Sandwich Day! Eggs, Canadian Bacon, Bacon, Sausage, Cheese, any sauces. Served on Croissants, Bagels, Toast, or English Muffins. Sides of fruit, yogurts, and cereals.

Tuesday:
Pancake and Waffle Day! Pancakes: plain, chocolate chip, or topped with fruit, with maple syrup & butter. Waffles: Regular or Belgian, with butter, whipped cream, any fruit topping, syrup, or chocolate topping. Sides of fruit, yogurts, pastries and cereals.

Wednesday:
Egg Day! Fried, scrambled, benedict. Sides of bacon and sausage, and hash browns. Sides of fruit, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, and pastries.

Thursday:
Steak & Eggs Day (steak optional for vegetarians)- Steak cooked to order, eggs any way, side of hash browns. Sides of fruit, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, bagels/croissants/muffins and pastries.

Friday:
Stuffed French Toast- any choice of fillings. Served with bacon, sausage, canadian bacon, and hash browns. Sides of fruit, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, and pastries.

Saturday:
Omelets: choices of fillings: cheese, veggies, meats.
OR
Hash brown, cheese, and egg pie with optional fillings of more cheese, and meat.
OR
Fresh Fruit and Toasted Baguette: fresh fruits: strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, with blackberry jam on toasted baguettes.

Sides available with all entrees: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, canadian bacon, hash browns, pancakes.

Sides of fruit, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, muffins, bagels, croissants, toast & pastries also available.

Lunch

The following beverages are available every day:
water, milk, tea, juices, soft drinks, coffees, and cocktails for those over the drinking age.

Soups of the Day:
Sunday: French Onion
Monday: Vegetable Beef/Vegetable
Tuesday: Portobello Soup
Wednesday: Veggie Chili/Meat Chili
Thursday: Chicken Noodle/Veggie Noodle
Friday: Italian Wedding/with or without meatballs
Saturday: Any of the week's soups.


Sunday:
Sandwich Buffet!
Meats: turkey, chicken, ham, steak, pastrami, salami, roast beef, tuna, meatball, prosciutto.
Cheeses: american, swiss, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, brie, meunster, cheddar, bleu, havarti.
Breads: white, italian, wheat, multigrain, rye, pumpernickel, croissants, bagels, french baguettes, sub rolls.
Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic herb spread, peanut butter, jelly, hummus, sun-dried tomato spread, cajun spread
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach, bell peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos, pickles, olives, sweet peppers, oregano, basil.

Sides: potato chips, french fries, potato salad, macaroni salad, tomato basil mozzarella salad, egg salad, fresh garden salad, caesar salad, soup of the day.


Monday:
Grill Day!
Meats: hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, steak, chicken, shrimp kabobs, with any sauce or toppings, hot off the grill.
Corn on the Cob, Vegetable kabobs, grilled stuffed mushroom caps, also hot off the grill.
Garden or Caesar salad.
Soup of the Day.

Tuesday:
Pasta Day!
Pastas: spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, angel hair spaghetti, penne, rigatoni, macaroni, farfalle, egg noodles.
Sauces: Cheese sauce, tomato sauce, garlic sauce, butter sauce, mushroom sauce.
Meats: meatballs, chicken, sausage.
French baguettes, toast, breadsticks.
Fresh garden or caesar salad.
Soup of the Day.

Wednesday:
Cheese, Fruit & Cracker Platter.
Cheeses: cheddar, brie, havarti, greek manouri, chumes, switzerland emmantaler, gouda, mozzarella, port wine.
Crackers: wheat, garlic & herb, herb.
Fruits: strawberries, oranges, blueberries, cherries, apples, kiwi, starfruit, papaya, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, bananas, raspberries, peaches, watermelon.
OR
fresh garden or caesar salad
with choice of toppings of chicken, shrimp, crab meat.
Soup of the Day.

Thursday:
Chinese Day!
Meat Entrees:
Chicken & Broccoli
Sweet & Sour Chicken
Bourbon Chicken
Sesame Chicken
General Tso's Chicken
Kung Pao Chicken
Beef & Broccoli

Vegetables:
Green Beans
Broccoli
Cabbage
Bok Choy
Eggplant
Snow Peas

Rice:
White Sticky Rice
Brown Sticky Rice
Steak Fried Rice
Pork Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice
Beef Fried Rice

All with any sauce, and Soup of the Day.


Friday:
Mexican Day!
Choice of Entrees:
Hard Shell Taco
Soft Shell Taco
Taco Salad Shell
Stuffed with:
Beef, Chicken, or Steak
Enchiladas
Taco Salad
Quesadillas
Burritos

Toppings:
Lettuce
Tomato
Salsa
Sour Cream
Jalapenos
Shredded Cheeses

Fresh garden or caesar salad, Soup of the Day.

Saturday:
Variety Day!
(Basically whatever food pops into my head, will be available! haha!)

Entrees:
Gyros
Philly Cheese Steaks
Burgers
Sausages
Chicken
Steak
Seafood- lobster, crab, fish, shrimp, clams, scallops
Meatballs
Honey glazed ham
Turkey
Prime Rib

Salads:
garden
caesar
egg
chicken
tuna

macaroni
tomato basil mozzarella

Sides:
baked potato
mashed potatoes
corn on the cob
peas
broccoli
zucchini & summer squash
macaroni & cheese
spaghetti & tomato sauce
onions & peppers

shrimp cocktail

Breads:
sliced bread
toasted baguettes

thick sliced homemade bread

Soup: Any soup from this week.

fresh fruits, cakes, pies, cheesecake, cookies, ice cream, mousse and cheeses for dessert.

This is a really great menu. I wish I ahd better places to eat round here :(

^Come to where I live! We have 2 colleges in our "city" (population: approximately 50,000) and there is almost every chain restaurant you can think of, plus a ton of local restaurants that are just as good, if not better than the chain places. Seriously, I bet there are at least 100 restaurants around here. Easily. Not even including all the fast food and pizza places. :P

We can go everywhere if you want! lol

Mmm I had a craving for soup, and I love vegetable beef soup. *slurp slurp*
