First, I would like all intermediate/advanced lyrical students to go over to the ballet department and take the appropriate ballet class for their level (either intermediate or advanced ballet)-and please make sure you're taking flat, NOT pointe. If you want to take pointe, that's cool, but for this class I'm asking you to make sure you take flat. If you take the advanced, please post on that thread (as I teach that class anyway and it will let me know you did take it.)


After you have completed that, please take the Lyrical Warm-Up. This will ensure you are stretched and ready for a long lyrical combo, which will be class #1, posted tomorrow, Feb. 20.



For reference, the song used for the combo in class #1 will be "Ready For Love" by India.Arie - the version in this link is the one we will be using.

I won't be posting a choreo/combo class until everyone replies to this thread saying they took the classes I asked everyone to take before starting to learn any combos.

Sorry for posting late... way late actually! I took the class last weekend and actually really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to the choreography.
