Are you talking aobut Penny's Camp in St Petersburg?
You can't learn much in 3 days, but you have to start somewhere. |

"Drop spins" are 2-handed spins, and you don't normally do them on weapon. Rifle/saber spins are just called "spins". The instructors can BEGIN to teach you spins, but don't expect to be a pro in just three days. Spins are actually one of the harder skills to learn on weapon, so you'll probably need to practice for a few weeks before you're comfortable with them. But yeah, they can definitely help you get started.
My high school guard went to Penny's every year. It was way fun, and I learned a lot. A few of us got recruited for a world-class guard at Penny's so we actually ended up marching with a few of the Penny's instructors. I don't think they have dance though. |

I don't know how long ago you went but I know they have dance now. I know for a fact they have dance. otherwise i'm making up a cheesy jazz routine for scholarships for nothing! |
