I am getting ready to go to the ER. I have a very bad cough that is making me gag, along with a very high fever (101.8 to 102.3) and a constant headache.

They think it might be pneumonia! So...I am posting this a day early. Thank god I made it days earlier!

WARM UP

Start with singing

Start with legs apart
Reach over to right side (hold for count of eight)
Reach over to left side (hold for count of eight)

Stepping onto your right foot, scuffing left, and cramp roll (right toe, left toe, right heel, left heel) five times.
Once you have this fast, then start the turn. You do the same thing, just turning. My word of advice is that you keep your arms closed and low to help improve speed. Do it five times.

Thanks for class.It's good because I stopped taking tap this year :( (timetabling clashing with ballet)

I just thought I'd update everyone...

I am home and they think it is very severe bronchitis but they gave me some medicine and they think I should be good in a couple days.

So far my headache has dissapeared and my fever is down tremendously so I think I am going to get better quick :).

This class is the best one yet. I really enjoyed it especially the solo part. :)
