Last week this completely slipped my mind, I was really busy last weekend.

I wrote "crap rolls" instead of cramp rolls. lol.

Warm up- Umbrella by Rihanna
Taps
balls- right and left switching, slow for 16, fast for 32

heels- right and left switching, slow for 16 fast for 32

cramp rolls-8 starting on right, 8 starting on left (ball ball heel (the foot you started with) heel)

tap ball of foot- 8 times front side and diagonal back right and left

Brush forwards, 8 front and side, right and left

Brush back, 8 in parallel, 8 side, right and left (It just occured to me it makes the most sense to do brush backs in standing, since brush backs to the front and back (just changing foot placement slightly) is repetitive and unnecceary, only causing confusion)

digs- 4 front side and back, right and left.

shuffles- 8 front, side, and back, right and left (just so you know to refresh, shuffle backs are more the side, right or left, diagonal back, while regular brush backs are straight back)

flaps- 8 front, side, back, right and left. (flaps to the back have the same placement mentioned above in shuffles, and applies to all flap heels)

flap heel- 4 front, side, and back, right and left.

flap heel heel- 4 front side and back, right and left. (heel the foot you flap with first, then the standing foot.)

flap heel heel- 4 front side and back, right and left. (This time, heel the standing foot first, then the flapping foot. This is more difficult, as the weight changes more.)

*toes-hitting the top of the shoe
similar to this, except we will be doing it in parallel.

You bend your knee, slightly point you foot to have it go up, and then return it to standing. A toe for the warm up doesn't last any longer then a quick tapping it.
8 right, and left, (it will be toe, step, toe, step, until you do 8 toes. only done to the front)

The picture is showing it to the side, you can try that too.
!Important- only do one foot at a time!

*prep to learn pull backs- parallel your feet
brush right foot straight back, then put the ball on the floor, right under where the brush ended. Do this 8 times
do the same on the left.
Do this again four times each foot.
Then again two times.
Repeat whole combination

Across the floor- Livin' on a Prayer- Bon Jovi

Everything done starting with right foot, then left.

shuffle sides going backwards.

running flaps

flap heels-switch foot after every flap heel

flap heel heel- flap forward, heel back foot, heel front foot, flap back foot forward to pass the first foot, and continue across)

*Shuffle hop step- shuffle side right foot, hop on left, keeping right foot in air, step in front of the left foot on your ball. Shuffle side left, hop on right, step on the ball of your left foot in front of the right. Continue across the floor.

Combination- Rockstar by Prima J
Hold about 7 seconds, after "right about now"
flap heel right side on aaahhhum.
flap heel left- (whatcha, think, heel on at)
heel right, heel left.
right shuffle hop step- shuffle "so you think im" hop "queen elizabeth" step on the music without lyrics part.

cramp roll- left ball-I'm stuck, right ball- inside heels on mem-a-ry

stomp right, left on Aaahhhuh

walk to new formation- That's why its so hard to get rid of me. (walk with attitude, this song has it lol)

shuffle side backs- 2 or 4 depending on speed- up to take my place

flap heel heel sides, switching right, left, right up to get out of my face.

Thank you. Please ask any questions, the * are new, and of course anything we already learned or clarifications, just post.
