Hi there everyone!

I live in Toronto but work in NY for the summer. I am renting out my room for the month of July while I am gone. Rent is $700 all inclusive, including cable and internet. Parking would be extra. This is the perfect opportunity for someone coming to Toronto for a summer intensive. I actually leave mid June, so if needed you could 'move' in before. Apartment is fully furnished, and is in a safe area. I am 5 min walk from Dufferin and Ossington subway stations. Close to grocery stores etc.
I have a roomate, but she works at Ontario Place and is never home. She works most evenings and weekends. She keeps to her self and is a very nice person.
