Warm up - You Belong With Me Taylor Swift
Taps
balls- right and left switching for 16 taps, and then for 32 taps
heels- right and left switching for 16 taps, and then for 32 taps
cramp rolls-8 starting with the right, 8 starting with the left left (ball ball heel (the foot you started with) heel)
tap (the ball of foot)- 8 times front, side, then diagonal back right and left
Brush forward, 8 front, 8 side, with right and then with left
Brush back, 8 in parallel, 8 side, with right and then with left
digs- 4 front side and diagonal back, with right and then with left
shuffles- 8 front, 8 side, and then 8 back, on right and then on left
flaps- 8 front, 8 side, 8 back, on right and then on left.
flap heel- 4 front, 4 side, and 4 back, on right and then on left.
flap heel heel- 4 front, 4 side, and 4 back, on right and on left. (heel the foot you flap with first, then the standing foot.)
flap heel heel- 4 front, 4 side, and 4 back, on right and on left. (This time, heel the standing foot first, then the flapping foot. This is more difficult, as the weight changes more.)
toes- 8 in parallel underneath you, on right then on left. Then right and left switching for 8. (With switching, you keep your heels off the floor the whole combination)
brush back ball- 8 on right, then 8 on left. Then 4, then 2.
Across the floor - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap- AC/DC
Start on right all the way across the floor, then left.
Shuffle sides going backwards. (shuffle side, step, other foot shuffle side, step)

flap heel heels- heel opposite foot, then the foot that flapped, then flap on the standing foot.
Shuffle hop step- shuffle side, hop on standing leg, cross the foot that shuffled in front and step. Shuffle back foot side, hop on standing leg, step leg that shuffled in front.
*Starting pullbacks!
From the warm up, brush back toe, except with both feet at the same time. Try facing a barre (chair, counter, table, tv?) at first.
