Can anyone provide songs that they use with their baby classes that have directives, i.e.

Animal Action
Clap Your Hands
Hokey Pokey
Heads Shoulders Knees and Toes

I'm looking for tons more. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Even MORE appreciated would be if they are available on Amazon's mp3 downloads or iTunes.

Gracias! :)

Ask a kindergartenteacher for this, they know a lot of these songs. And there are books with these songs. If you have some titles, I hope you can find them on the internet.

Some of the Al Gilbert (Musicworks) music has children singing the directions. If you're interested in those I'll go through my music and let you know which ones have the directions.

Animal Action is by Greg and Steve and they have many more direction style songs.

I'll keep thinking.

Two Australian children's groups that have great movements to go with the words are The Wiggles and Hi-5...Some examples from The Wiggles are 'Rock-A-Bye Your Bear', Point Your Fingers and Do The Twist', 'Hot Potato' but there are many more from both these groups. The little ones love them.

Laurie Berkner has a lot of great songs like that. I've also used "Step In Time" from Mary Poppins.

go to Kimbo. They have a million cds with these type of songs. All themed too, such as cd's for lumme sticks, bean bags, parachutes.

^^^ I used to use the kimbo ones years ago. I need to go ahead and buy those CD's again.

Thanks all for the input. And thanks Tiff for the downloads. ;)
