Just curious how many people are doing Nationals this year. Any Nationals - any organization.
With the economy and such - just wondering how many are/aren't doing a Nationals this summer.

We are also going to TU in Ohio in July!
Typically we have finished our competition season by now, but the girls are going to an NBTA in June to get some more practice. At the beginning of the week of Nationals, they will be at a twirling camp to improve their skills. Then get a day to recover before leaving for Nationals. They are very excited. Me too! |

I'm only going to TU in July. Its hard to find time now to really prepare for nationals because of college and I'm taking summer classes as well! Yay for overacheivers! Haha!

Just curious TsMom - what part of the country are you from? We're from MD and I know some of the teams in our area are not making the trip to Nationals this year because of the distance.... |

We are traveling to NBTA Nationals this year. Not sure about TU. I would like to go but we also have regionals on the 20th and 21st of June. Just don't know how much the bank account can take! My daughter won her state (beg) pageant(yeah!!) and that is an additional chunk that I have not paid for before! Wow how quick that entry can add up!!! |

Nationals has always been what summer vacation is for us. We start 3 day a week practice next week (as soon as school is out). Can't wait long hours in a gym but it really brings the girls soooo much closer it is great. I don't think I would change my summers ever!!!! |
