can you please give me some advise on my backcatch. i want to try and get it straight, but i cant get my leg higher or my arms around any more. any advise?

Hi, why don't you use a thera band? You can get it from physiotherapists of someone who does pilates. It is a type of elastic that helps you with stretching, especially difficult positions as the one you are attempting. Hope this helps.
