5-6 hours a day every other day or 3 hours everyday. Also we run, dance, and work out on the cardio equipment to get ourselves in shape. Good luck at Nationals this year!

2 hours 3 days a week. aaaaaargh. our gym is about 9 billion degrees right now.

I lift weights and run about 4 days a week. I usually practice at least 10 hours a week. With college and taking summer classes (overachiever) its hard to find the time between studying and work. As nationals comes closer I do about 3 hours a day 6 days a week. However, it can vary depending on my mood. Haha!

My daughter is practicing every day. She is little so she has a practice chart-she has to do at least 3 of each routine per day, but can do more and has been doing more.

We also have the studio open 3 days for everyone to come in and practice - on top of their lessons and team practices.

I know most of my girls have also been getting together on their own to practice team and duets etc.

In the gym a few days a week..Working on endurance is very important, and doing those extra hard tricks 5 times in a row!

Our teams practice 4 days a week and compete on weekends. As we get closer to nationals it will be 6 days a week!

practice at least one hour a day dont get frustrated if you dont catch something just work at it and, definately eat healthy it also helps to go with a buddy to critique each other.

why is the peak of summer always when nationals is!!! its soooo hot in our unairconditioned gym!!!!
