caused a huge problem..We didn't know at all!!!!
what should be done when they are being completly unreasonable...
our apology wasnt accepted. the suits were over $100 each..

Do they really expect to have something completely original? If they do than they should have paid for a custom suit. You ALWAYS run into the risk of having the same costume when you order from companies. I don't see the big deal.
