strength problem

i really need to work on toning my muscles. at the begining of the year i started working out a lot more after dance and evrything. i started getting a little definition and my dancing definitely imporaved but i have questions for anyone that wants to help!

what can i do to slim down my thighs a lot. i want them to be strong but not big.

how do you guys stay small. i see people that are so tiny but i watch what i eat and work out and can't really look the way i want. i know that everyone has their own body type and all that but anyone have any ideas?

This is a really good point....i am also seeking the same guidance. I am not so small....i do watch what i eat but it does not slim down. I cant arabesque like i want or even split like i want.

Help!
