Due to some bad costuming experiences over our spring show this year I am looking to try some new costume companies this year for our Christmas show. I am thinking about trying some stuff from Baums dancewear but am wary as I have never ordered from them before.
Anybody have any experience working with them? Do they have good customer service, fast shipping?

I've never ordered costumes from them, but they have excellent deals on accessories. I've ordered gloves and hats from them before. This year I needed gloves and put my order in a week before my recital, they came within 3 days. You can leave a comment and give them a date that you need them by. I've never been disappointed, but again, I haven't ordered costumes.

I placed one small order with them for costumes and have ordered from the a few times for their accessories. I never had any problems.

A lot of their costumes, you will also find that Leo's has the same ones.

^^^ I live near Baum's, and have been to their retail store. They are a dancewear store, and have their costumes made for them, probably by Leo's, as mentioned above. They are not a costume manufacturer. They do carry bolts of fabric and rolls of sequins, for purchase, by those making their own costumes. They are reasonable and reliable but then I deal with them directly, so can't comment on their shipping.
